Travel is in Diana's DNA. On any given weekend (or week day) she is jetting out of the New York area for a new travel adventure. Her junkie-like travel habit is aided by the fact that she is employed by a major airline and has in-depth, behind the scenes knowledge that is valuable to her readers. She doesn’t get used to the butterflies in her stomach when she boards, settles in a plush airplane seat after planning a vacation or just flying off on a whim.

Diana thrives on a constant change of scenery and her travel milestones include climbing the Spanish Steps in Rome, subletting a tiny apartment in the Sixteenth Arondissement with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room, getting bird poo on her jacket in London's Trafalgar Square while sitting on a bench, meeting a fellow West Indian man in Russia, skiing for the first time in Burlington, eating empanadas and lounging on Crash Boat Beach in Aguadilla, almost getting mugged in Berlin and visiting her nephew in St. Andrew, Jamaica every chance she gets.
